Tower Hamlets Adoption Service provides support to Adoptive Families. If you adopted from Tower Hamlets and reside outside the borough we will provide this support for three years after the Adoption Order was granted. After this time your support needs will becomethe responsibility of the Adoption Support Service in the area in which you live.
If you reside in the borough and adopted from elsewhere we will provide a support service if three years have passed since your adoption order.
We provide the following services to Adoptive Families and their children:
• Adoption Support Assessments.
• Access to Therapeutic Services
• Training and Seminars.
• Support with Contact
• Support Groups and Social Events
