Birth Families and Relatives
Tower Hamlets Adoption Support provides a comprehensive support service to birth families and their relatives. We provide the following:
• Counselling
• Advice and Support.
• Advice on Contact.
• Help with Letterbox Contact
• Intermediary Services
• Group Activities
If you are thinking about placing your child for adoption we can help provide you with information, advice and counselling to help you to make an informed decision.
Adoption Support provides advice and support to birth relatives where a child is being adopted. We also provide advice and help with contact arrangements including letterbox and direct contact.
We offer Intermediary Services to birth parents or relatives of adopted adults aged 18 and over who are seeking information or contact.
We also have group activities for birth relatives. This provides opportunities to meet and gain support from others affected by adoption.
